Terms of use of the Sinzerce.cz website

The Sinzerce.cz website (the “website”) is used to present services offered by registered users (the “advertisers”). These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of the operator of the website, the advertisers and the users of the website. By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are governed by these Terms and by the instructions published on the website. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
If a user responds to a presentation of services published on the website, a contractual relationship arises exclusively between the user and the advertiser. The operator is not a party to this relationship, is not liable for the performance of the advertiser’s obligations and does not interfere with the content of contracts concluded between the advertiser and the user.
The website is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. By registering, the user confirms that they are over 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and have full legal capacity.
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Registration is required to use the functions of the website. The advertiser must provide true, current and complete information. The advertiser must protect their login details against misuse. The operator is entitled to require verification of the advertiser’s identity. If false information is discovered, the account may be cancelled without compensation.
Standard membership: CZK 499 / 30 days — required for contact details to be displayed
PREMIUM: CZK 499 / 30 days — priority listing of the profile, “PREMIUM” label (requires an active standard membership)
STORIES: FREE — a video placed on the home page
Payments are made by cashless transfer (bank transfer / QR code). The variable symbol is a code generated by the system; the specific symbol is the advertiser’s telephone number. Payment is due within 7 days. If payment is not made, the profile remains visible but the contact details and messages are deactivated. Full functionality is restored once the payment has been credited.
A tax document is issued once the payment has been credited and is made available in the user account or sent by e-mail.
An advertisement must be truthful, lawful and in accordance with good morals. The advertiser is responsible for the lawfulness and truthfulness of, and the right to use, all content. It is prohibited to publish photographs, videos or contact details of third parties without their express consent. Anyone may report content that infringes rights or laws.
The operator is entitled to remove, without compensation, advertisements that breach these Terms, the Code of Conduct or legal regulations. Complaints may be made within 6 months. The operator is not liable for damage caused by third parties or for service outages. Services are provided for a period of 30 days. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Valid and effective from 1 February 2026.
