Terms of use of the website

The website is used to present services offered by registered users. These terms set out the basic rights and obligations of the operator and the users.

1. Introductory provisions

These terms set out the rights and obligations of the operator and the advertisers, the rules for posting advertisements and the conditions for using the website. The advertiser acknowledges that they conclude contracts directly with third parties who respond to their advertisement. By registering and using the website, the advertiser confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Registration

Registration is required to create an advertisement. The advertiser must complete the registration form with true and complete information. Access to the account is protected by a password. The operator reserves the right to request additional information to verify the advertiser’s identity.

3. Payment system

Standard advertising service: price according to the current price list. Premium advertising service: price according to the current price list. The advertiser pays the fee monthly in advance by cashless transfer. A proper tax document will be issued when the payment is credited.

4. Conditions for posting advertisements

An advertisement must contain true and complete information. Posting content that violates the law, good morals or the rights of third parties is prohibited. The operator has the right to remove, without compensation, advertisements that breach these terms or the law.

5. Complaints

The advertiser may file a complaint about the services if the content of the advertisement does not match the information submitted or if publication of the advertisement is delayed. A complaint may be filed within 6 months of the service being provided.

6. Processing of personal data

The operator and the advertiser are obliged to process personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The telephone number is also used as the specific symbol of the payment.

6a. Traffic measurement and cookies

Without your consent, the website does not store any analytics or advertising cookies. Measurement runs in cookieless mode and does not allow you to be identified.

If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie bar, the following processors are enabled:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — traffic statistics: which pages were displayed, where you came from and what device you use.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — click maps and an anonymised recording of movement on the page. It is used to identify places where the website is not clear enough. The content of form fields is not recorded.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser; measurement then returns to cookieless mode. Both tools process data as independent processors under their own terms.

Regardless of consent, Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs Pte. Ltd.) is in operation. It is cookieless — it stores nothing on your device, does not identify you and is used only for aggregate traffic statistics. Cookie consent therefore does not apply to it.

7. Rights of the data subject
